A LOVE LETTER WITH NATURE My excitement with the outdoors stems from growing up in Sri Lanka, the greenness of nature warms my heart. This liking for nature allows me to capitalise on exercises/activities outdoors as there's a double bonus to me mentally + physically. Finding out and trying out activities in environments where you are comfortable and energised provides better success for these activities to happen. Exercises / moving your body doesn't come naturally to everyone.
